可以用paypal, ING, HSBC之类的，反正so far他们都还被算作DD

也许啥时候就取消了

第一次开户的promotion跟楼主贴的差不多，只不过是个网上的连接，一般new customer都是符合各种条件的

后边的，有的是通过邮局寄来的target offer，有的是没有注明"new customer only"所以我也申请了，每次看清楚条款就好了
