偶是生手呀,在LOCAL BANK 有个帐户,不晓得该如何全部转入ING,也不晓得如何将ING的钱取出来用.

那收不收手续费,各个LOCAL银行的情况又不一定是吧?

very easy, just like you pay your credit card online^^^^. The transfered fund usually takes 3 days to be available to be withdrawed. correct me if I am wrong.

If you want to use it, you have to transfer the fund from indirect to your checking account, and it takes about 1 to 2 days to get available balance.

Also, like other saving account, you can not transfer out money more than 3( I do not remember 3 or 6) times a month, but as many times as you like to transfer in. :)
