call them again and tell them that you haven't received your card yet. ask them to issue a new card.

if somebody else got your card and start using it (and most likely won't pay the bill), your credit will be affected.

I think you just need to let them know that you haven't received the previous card and they will check if there is any balance on it and they can invalidate the old card.

I've called them, and told them my situation. Maybe I should call them again for asking them to issue a new card to me.
