问一信用卡的问题

下个月房子就要CLOSING 了，现金有点周转不灵，想在LOCK住利率后，申请一个0 APR 和
可以BALANCE TRANSFER的卡，要是能一卡具有这两功能就最好了，没有的话，就想申请两
卡，不知道大家有没有什么建议。我们没有CITI DIVIDENT的卡，后面肯定也会申请一张
，不知这卡有没有这些功能。

usually the new card has both 0 APR and BT. citi divident has these functions.

CHECK www.citicards.com you will find lots of cards which have 0 APR for BT and 0 BT fee.
