only you know what kind of cashback cards you have. and only you can calcualte which card is 划算 for paying your tuition.

以前学校收信用卡，至少能赚1%，现在要交2。9%的手续费，所以只能用银行卡了。

citi dividend is 1%.

AE is less than it for sure, unless you have AE platinum cash rebate (around 1%).
