I was trying to open an ING account and failed for some reason. Following is the error response that I received.

We are sorry your request to open an ING DIRECT Orange Savings Account has been refused based either on the primary or joint applicant information you provided.

If you believe you have received this message in error, please resubmit an application or call an ING DIRECT associate at 1-888-ING-0727.

I went back and verified that everything was correct. But I still kept getting this message.

Could it be that since too many new customers are trying to take advantage of that $50, they closed this link?

Help please!!

ps: I got that error message after I input my personal info and hit "Continue" button, which is the first step to open the account.
