今天偶然发现我的BOA信用卡一直在被盗用，这个人没几天就会在纽约坐出租车，而我不在纽约州，最近一年也没去过那里。我平时用这张卡也是90%用于上班打车或者Uber。这个盗刷的人每次坐出租车的金额和我平时坐车非常接近，所以我一直没留意到异常。今天猛然发现有问题，而且已经被盗刷差不多一年了。请问如果我去跟BOA dispute, 可以追回多久以前的损失？谢谢。不抱很大希望，如果不行就直接关卡了。

刚打了客服，filed claim for 6 months up to last November. 如果要继续往前追溯，要另外跟进一个claim.


不过我觉得很奇怪的一点是，我去年11月份为了一个别的原因换过新卡，而且网上用户名密码都改了。但明显小偷还是继续能用我的新卡做一样的transaction.
