re, try small companies. They have flexible policy and are quite supportive. Several big companies are not sponsor-friendly because of politics and bureaucracy.
BTW, always get prepared to switch job immediately if your company swings against gc sponsorship, regardless of how you feel about the boss, coworker.No matter how your boss says he values you, if he cannot get your gc sponsored, that is CHEAP talk.

Bless LZ, 真不容易 好多人的绿卡都能写长篇小说了，办得特别顺利的人毕竟不多。比如我以前一同事，办perm的时候律师事务所直接把日期输错当场被拒，不得不费好大力气折腾，简直无语了。我自己也折腾了五六年才下来，我的情况正相反，公司还挺支持的，lawyer自作主张折腾很多结果走了好多弯路，:( 最后都能解决的。没解决前确实很耗精力，解决了回头看看都还好。祝LZ妹妹今后一切顺利

MM很坚强， 勇敢。 和公司各个层面勇敢做斗争，不是人人都有胆识和能力的。敬佩！也很心疼你。MM 让我想起了 自己的绿卡之路，也是商科master， 大公司官僚， 单身，HR 无能，推脱。加油！

MM有没有 考虑过一边F1 一边找工作， 这次找工作一定要求把办绿卡写进OFFER LETTER，并保证一进去就 给办。 积极找， 有的公司会愿意的。 如果找到，现在的master可以转 part time。这样短期没有身份压力。

另外，看过几个假结婚例子，那种熬转10绿的日子才叫黑暗，可以说是一种心理扭曲，比自己折腾痛苦多了，MM如果要选这条路，一定慎重！

谢谢MM，当初肯定也很不容易，商科愿意给办身份挺难得的。整个过程能想的办法我都想了，尽了最大努力还是不work，只能改变路线了，恰好也有一个感兴趣的program想读。
考虑过一遍读书一边找工作呢，MM的建议很practical，到时看program录取的情况，有的学校不能part time 。

身边有朋友offer我假结婚，gut feeling感觉还是算了吧，总觉得哪里不太对。

EB2里只有NIW是自己独立申请不需要LC，如果LC还是需要公司sponsor

说个好笑的，我就是先LC后来自己又办了个NIW，办完第一个LC之后跳槽了，想找个律师自己办NIW，联系了个中国律师，她听了我的case拒绝给我办说我不能办NIW，后来我用了个朋友推荐的美国律师办下来了，也没花多少时间，美国律师收费还便宜。。。。

谢谢，有时自我安慰，是自己选择了来美国，这片不是自己国家的地方，没有人有义务对我好。自己选的路，各种经历都要自己去承受。
