是generic的药致癌物超标

小白问什么叫generic的药？

看了英文报道，目前FDA还不清楚是generic还是brand出了问题。 这妥妥的标题党，3000倍。。。。

brand name的应该没问题吧？

FDA 还没查清，我家也有两瓶Costco买的Zantac，吃过几颗。有在吃的，先停吃，等结果

还好没吃过。是药三分毒，服用须谨慎

就是同种成分中便宜的药。

branded的药过了20年还是几年patent之后公布成分，然后山寨厂家照葫芦画瓢生产的成分相同的平价药。

这可赖不到别人，原料药都有出厂检验报告的，购入方收货后自己肯定会复检至少一遍，如果有问题可以退货啊，为什么做成制剂后才发现致癌物超标？八成是生产制剂过程中产生的杂质。我就是从事药品检验的，原料药的检验是最全和最严的。

再全再严能检验的也就是spec上有的项目，spec上没有的东西你怎么检验？原料药来源众多而且不是在市场上的end product，所以一般都是检查制剂。

是的中文媒体乱传谣。 所以大家要多看英文source。 wsj有相关报道。 有问题的是中国印度产的generic 的药。 不是brand name的药。 问题是纯度不够。 药里有致癌的杂质。 现在fda在严查中国进口药品。
