hotels.com sucks

Booked hotel from hotels.com, they charged me for two nights, I called them try to cancle my first night, they said they could not do that. I asked them if I can cancel the second night, they said no. After I arrived the hotel, the hotel told me they calceled my hotel because I didn't check in for the first night. I called back hotels.com, they said sorry but I have to book another hotel.

怎么会这样呢？那退钱了吗？后来很快找到地方住了吧。

我前两天也刚用了hotels.com订的旅馆，幸亏没什么事。我没在网上定，直接打800电话，可能这样要好一些吧。

They didn't return the money to me, and I have to pay for the hotel by myself! But I called my credit card company, they said they will investigate it.

如果是两天的话，你有没有仔细看过term and policy?

I booked for two days, I didn't notice any terms or policy state that if you do not check in for the first night, then they will cancel your second night, also without return the money. It doesn't make sense to me. When I called them, they didn't even mention that policy to me and told me my second day hotel can not be canceled.
