查到一些信息,有消息说夏威夷10月15号都可以开了,只要在去之前 acquire covid test within 48 hrs 就可以。但是大岛拒绝参加这个pre-test计划。 现在离10月15号还有一周,不知道会不会变卦
**Big Island of Hawaii potentially opts out of Pre-Travel program
We''ve just learned that on 10/6/20, Mayor Harry Kim of the Big Island of Hawaii has now stated they will NOT participate in the pre-travel testing program. This means mainland (or interisland) visitors going to the Big Island will be required to quarantine for 14 days. We are currently awaiting confirmation from the Governor or Lt. Governor on this - as they have not officially confirmed Mayor Kim''s position.
Bypass Quarantine with Pre-Travel Test
Visitors may bypass the quarantine requirements, beginning October 15th, with a pre-travel test! This excludes the Big Island of Hawaii. Current approved & trusted testing partners can be found on our new page: Hawaii COVID Testing & Partners →
We encourage all visitors to also keep an eye on our Hawaii Quarantine & Travel Updates page for additional information on visiting Hawaii during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Resort Bubbles?
We''ve now also learned that the new Hawaii ''Resort Bubbles'' concept has been initially approved for all quarantined travelers, though this has been approved only on Kauai to date. This plan may or may not come to fruition provided how close things are to the official reopening date. We will continue to update this page accordingly, and the information below, as soon as we have new official information to share.
