Can i apply UK and European visa at the same time?

Because my spring break is March 11, I finally decide last week, Can i apply both visas at the same time?

当然要签证, 而且英国签证跟其他西欧国家（申根协定国：法，德，意．．．）是分开的．一般来说你要有回美国的有效签证他们才给你签

I went home last summer, so i habe multiple entry visa, so there is not any problem

then u should have no problem applying for a visa to the european countries. but if u don't live in DC or a city with both consulates, u need to mail ur passport, application forms and other supporting documents to the embassies/consulates, in that case u can't apply at the same time.
