brooks mm, 我这几天询问RE客服，她说最近两年如果定RE的房间，有0-12小孩要额外收100刀的费用。你有听说这个标准吗？

我帮你问了一下RE的客服， 是这么回复我的

Kids 0-12: stay for free
Teen 13-17: 30% off

Now,
There is a $100 supplement on the rent fees for the RE rooms only when there is kids in the room
When teens or adults: no supplement

All other regular rooms doesn’t have supplement

This has been going on for 2 years

Also at Sandos Caracol
We now have the Eco rooms in our inventory
These are in the jungle but they are new construction.
No supplement for them and the regular standard rooms.


所以现在的确12岁以下的小朋友住RE room需要交$100的费用。其他类型的房间12岁以下仍然是完全免费的。 这是两年前就开始实行的。

有哪位亲知道这家resort有哪些活动是需要事先预定的吗，比如餐馆，表演，各种活动什么的？我们去之前想把有需要预定的先订上。谢谢！

想问一下最近还有姐妹们去过这家酒店或者另外一家Sandos Playaca吗？我们打算圣诞元旦那会去但是看到最近tripadvisor上的review都好吓人，是不是有什么变化啊，谢谢啦！
