patpat, 不能办理加急吗？我朋友遇到同样的情况， 当天办理的加急护照， 当天取， 当然他家就在有中国大使馆的城市。 第二天又上飞机去的， 航空公司也挺好， 给他们免费改了一天机票， 但是旅馆就损失了一天。

Booked on expedia for regular room but got free upgrade to RE room :) enjoyed various activities, beach, cenote, water park, yoga of the resort. Staff is great. used repel lemon eucalyptus insect repellent (deet free) , did not get mosquito bites. (I am a huge mosquito attractor normally) food is ok, but a bit repetitive so got tired of the food last two days. shows are a bit too loud. Some are scary for young kids. I recommend xcaret show at night. Went to chichen itza, cenote il kil and cenote pet cemetery (it is a cavern cave with stalactite hanging from ceiling and from bottom, beautiful! like going back to a prehistoric world! ). if you can dive, you can see mammoth bones. The drive to dos ojos and pet cemetery cenote is very bumpy. Prepare if you have motion sick. Finally , very important For 10yr B1/B2 visa, like my mom, PLEASE ENROLL EVUS UPDATE BEFORE coming back to USA. This is new policy after 11/29. We nearly missed our plane because we find this out when get boarding pass and waited a long line to get a computer to do evus online form in cancun airport.

MM, how did you enroll EVUS Update before coming back to USA, should I do it before going?
