分享一下我昨晚做的简易炸锅版烤银鳕鱼：

1）酱油+糖拌匀，大部分浇在银鳕鱼上抹匀，静置10分钟。没时间的就不需要静置了。留一点酱油汁已备鱼块太厚，中间鱼肉太淡

2）鱼皮往下，放炸锅360度烤就可以。时间和鱼块大小有关，一磅的鳕鱼块，我用了12分钟，表面微焦，里面很嫩

对，空气炸锅。银鳕鱼本来就很肥，你也可以在最上面抹一层油
