搬家以后刚装上
昨天晚上偶们俩人试着用了一下，真不错呀
liftstyle那个category里面，好多东西我都喜欢
fashion好多节目都是白天的，看不成，
这下马上就定了一个the look for less的season pass
另外要了一个queer eyes for the straight guys season pass
food network里面录了一个Sara's Secrets
然后就是偶们老爱看的law & order录了一下
这下看片子可以把广告都skip过去了~

你说的是tv cable嘛？我家这里一水的comcast，没有其他的：（

那个机器好像挺贵的，每个小时一两块钱，一下子买几百个小时的电视节目recording capability。把节目象录像一样看。服务费每个月十几块的样子吧

我定了hbo的promotion好多台，可是没时间看
看喜欢的书都看不完呢

这么贵么？我用的是DirecTV的tivo, 买的时候99块钱，每个月服务费4块钱

我们这里12。99是没有direcTV的。机子能录多少小时啊？这里350小时要300块。。。。。。。

在屋顶上面装个小DISH
我用他家好几年了，觉得价格便宜，图片质量又好(digital signal)
这次搬家本来想换成DIGITAL CABLE的
打听了下价格，比偶们贵多了，觉得不值，还是用directv了

刚去网上看了下账单
用的是total choice with local channels, 130多个台，加上local channel
还有hbo 12个台，加上这个tivo, 一共是56块多点
另外偶家里有两个reciever, 卧室一个，客厅一个，欧们俩可以个看个的，
互相不干扰 :p

我们也是卧室和厅各一台电视，台好像没有你们的多，台多的坏处就是广告时看看别
的台，等转了一圈回来，原来的节目已经继续一阵了。：(

我们都没有固定要看的节目呢，就喜欢看看49 food channel, 47 travel, ESPN, CNBC什么的，其实好多台都看不过来。

这样看起来更经济划算些啊。

i remember tivo subscription nearly 30 bucks a month when it first came out
i like tivo, from the moment it is introduced...just don't like its idea of monthly subscription fee...hehe
seems you can share a lot of tv programs with us la ;-)
i want to see the queer eye!...it is funny...and their book is useful...

can you receive chinese channel? and do you need to get the permission from the landlord if you install a dish on the roof?

that is the problem of the networks
i should not be paying for it, hoho
i think it is just a one-time hardware investment...
should not charge me extra monthly fee!
anyway, if 5 bucks per month, that is ok with me ;-)
i like direct tv...
you can have 凤凰卫视, extra 20 bucks
my parents love the station!
maybe we should install it...before the olympics...hoho
but i am such a tv junkie

我们这里apt不让装Directv:(

我有chinese channel, 一个是纽约这里local的sinotv, 还有一个是cctv9
另外international channel有时候转播cctv4, 不过偶都不怎么看
还有DirecTV可以收凤凰卫视，和国内的内容差不多，不过广告都是这边的公司做的
但是时间是西海岸时间！！！ DD! 还有就是价格比较贵，可能用户比较少
一个月费用是19块，比playboy 都贵！

tivo刚出来的时候，广告还做到电视上去了
现在一个tivo广告都没有
因为tivo是广告客星啊，有了tivo谁还看广告呢
