现在世界上大多数司法机构都是无罪推定了，怎么这里的还有这么多人喜欢搞有罪推定那一套呢？SW现在是多说多错，不说更错，反正怎么都是错。哪怕她有90%的可能是凶手，那还有10%的可能不是呢。人言可畏，看客轻轻松松一句话，心理素质差点的，真要把人往绝路上逼。

无论如何，如果她真的申请重新调查，总不是坏事吧？

我觉得这件事让我看到的最可怕的不仅是凶手的残忍和无良，还有人们一种可怕的以最坏的恶意揣度别人的心态。。。这种心态比凶手更让人不寒而栗。。

This is not true. People hate GAO GAN and richer when they commit the crime and get out of punishment with their power or money. People don't hate GAO GAN and richer when they obey the laws. Don't think root class is that insane. Don't try to expand the topic. We only talk about SW here, not all GAO GAN and richer.

可能你不恨高干和富人，但大部分老百姓已经把特权阶层和富人归纳为一个群体了，所以只要有涉及到这个群体的事情，他们就会把他们对这个群体的整体印象加在这个群体中的个体身上，即便这个个体并没不具有这个群体的其他特点。

By the way, on her first statement, there are two places that show false or misleading information. One is that music cup which she thought was some kind of bug. The other is about what kind of musical instruments she and Zhu lin use to play. She said they played different ones. But on one of previous member's memoir, Zhu lin started to learn the same musical instrument as Sun Wei's and played much better than SW. SW didn't mention this question on her second statement. Only admitted that she made a mistake that they were not bugs but music cups. Her own statement proved misleading on specific details. As for her request to reopen the case, I think it is more like a show for her. Actually as to some posts said, the case had some conclusion before and just could not take further action due to outside pressure. This is the most dubious part,which intrigued many people to believe that she did it. Otherwise, why the police just stopped to take further action when the case was not that complicated at the time. Anyone has a plausible explanation here?

I don't think you get what I said. I mean people won't hate you just because you are one of 高干和富人. People hate you because you commit some crime and get out of justice system by using your resourse as one of 高干和富人. People are asking equal before the law.

只要有涉及到这个群体的事情，他们就会把他们对这个群体的整体印象加在这个群体中的个体身上，即便这个个体并没不具有这个群体的其他特点。I believe the opposite works. that is, when an individual did something wrong, people put the negative feelings about the individual to the whole class.

totally agree. 没有确凿证据，就要假定无罪。中国人都是假定人家有罪，一步步把人往火坑里推。

孙维说自己是冤枉的，他说怎么警察不找别人就找你，警察还能没有根据吗？孙维说警察后来也跟清华说了没有证据，他说警察肯定屈从于压力了。

有人说朱令姐姐也很离奇的遇害了，会不会有线索？他说你是转移视线，是孙维的走狗，没有同情心，还提起人家姐姐的伤心事情。

孙唯一开始说自己冤枉的，说你想证明自己冤枉，就让警察找出凶手来，孙维让警察再查案，又说过去十年了，肯定查不出来了。

孙维说自己要求测谎，天涯的看客说，那时你自己心理素质好。

反正，疑邻偷斧，怎么看都不行了。

如果真地找出来凶手还好，找不出来，就骂你。

我看不出point在哪里？

那是SW所谓的邻居说的，而且那个人很明显是针对SW的，他还说SW就是凶手呢。如果你认为他的话是真的，SW现在在国内，那就是SW在网上撒谎，这有两种可能性：一是她根本没有申请却说自己申请了，这个谎是有意义的，但也是一下子就可以被揭穿的；二是她本人去申请却说成委托家人申请——能不能请你给出一个合理的解释她为什么要这么做？
