请教版上的大神们，车贷到期，收到bank关于Certificate of Title 的信件，里面写说encourage you to re-title the vehicle upton receipt of the title/lien release document since all records maintained by your state of residence will continue to reflect our lien on the vehicle until you do so.

这个certificate of title应该是代表我own这个车了，那么，如果不去re-title 会有什么影响吗， 还是一定要re-title，去DMV就可以了吗。
