2月9日发生的，被一个无驾照的老墨左转撞到我的，我整个车报废了airbag inflated，车上还有小孩。之后我们就跟着救护车去医院，三人检查说没事。 我是直走，report 给insurance, 我的保险断定是对方错， 对方车主保险是很差的Access insurance， 打电话都找不到人，十次还不会回一次。今天知道车主和driver还没给insurance 回复，Access insurance还在等 车主或者 driver's statement, 我的车还在towing park, and I have been renting the car. 我不清楚他们能陪多少，我的车是2003年Dodge carafan,估价也就三四千。

想问一下， 这种情况我需不需要现在找律师，还是再等Access insurance给回复，我现在也在等 police report, 同时也在看医生physical therapy， 因为头痛肩痛。

如果你是全保，只需要联系自己保险公司就好了，他们会赔付你和联系责任方

我自己insurance只有liability, 没有collision part， 所以我的insurance 不赔我。
