马上要去interview了,公司HR的人去机场接我,那我上车是该坐他旁边的副驾驶位呢,还是坐后排座位?我感觉应该做前边,好和他聊天,大家说对不对?

If there is no one already sit in the front row, you MUST sit there! Sitting back row means that you consider the driver is really a "driver", not your friends or colleagues, and this is considered very rude. This is also true in China please remember.

thanks, that is what I thought too :)

then do you recommend taking notes while talking with interviewers? I read different opinion about this, some say it is unpleasant, but some say it is a must.

Bring a notebook and pen, but never take any notes or write down anything.

If you ever have the experience of interviewing others as a boss, you will know why: you never want someone to prepare for your interview as a quiz! And you never want someone to write down what you ask in the interview! (when I intereview others, if they write down my words, I may ask them friendly and directly: what's the point when you write that done? 100% for sure, that guy will be stunned and do not know what to say, ha ha ... -- anyway, if he really can answer it, that would be very interesting for me to hear, if he has it.)

Bring a notebook and pen is for just in case and also show that you really take this interview a serious thing (show that you are eager to work with them).

Just my thoughts. May not always right as God may have it.

By the way, what I mean is: write down the time, place, persons to see next is OK. But don't write down his questions and your answers, or what you will do next, etc. Also, using a chart, draw something to illustrate your idea is OK (if that is related to your work, especially if they are "tech interview" you).

In one word: you can draw and write "technical" things, don't write any opinions or non-technical things. Hope u get what I mean.
