请问：大家请过谢正权律师办过H-1b么？

律师费比其他的中国律师便宜，不知道服务怎么样？请有经验的xdjm分享一下。

我还听说在纽约有一个律师事务所，American Immigration Network，他们的律师费用也很低，不知道大家听说过没有？

wow, how can you make sure you have prepared everything? I am really not confident about myself, because i will have bachlor degree, which I think will be a little less "professional" than master degree and doctor degree.

Is there any tricks when you prepare for that?

my ld used xie for H1b about 3 years ago, he also only had B.S. He got the H1B pretty smoothly (expedia...)

h1b is supposed to be very easy, DIY is not rare (quite a few friends of mine DIY H1b).

depends, some company covers everything, e.g. they use their corporate attorney to take care of it and you don't have to pay a penny. You only need to provide documents, e.g. passport, transcript, diploma etc. Some other companies(normally small ones), they will help you to get their document ready, but you have to bear the cost of it, either you hire an attorney by yourself, or you can use their attorney but you have to pay.

个人认为，办H1不用找律师(Master+，本科不太了解)，把律师费拿去交premium process更保险，而且快(我就是两星期内拿到的)，只要材料齐，就没问题。第一步的labor certificate是需要雇主填的，而且许多文件需要雇主提供，所以说如果雇主不sponsor，就比较没戏。
