does anybody majoring in biomedical engineering especially
biomaterials? i am in a phd program but i don't know what kind of job i
could find after graduation except post doc. very depressing recently.

If you don't like to go Ph.D.---postdoc---faculty direction, change to master's program and look for a job with your MS degree.
