[求助]关于咨询公司的电话面试

下个星期一个咨询公司要跟我电话面试。想请问大家这类电话面试主要是问专业问题还是behaviour questions. 需要做些什么准备工作？

I guess both, also depends your position, if it's a technical position, they may ask mostly techy questions.

I would still recommend u go throuh most common behavioral questions.

谢谢斑竹。应该算是一个technical position吧。他们更看重的是communication skills还是专业技能？
