如果先前有个公司给了偶OFFER, 偶答应了. 现在偶想反悔, 偶是不是要付什么法律责任啊?如果真的不去的话, 对偶以后工作有什么影响吗? 谢谢!

Don't worry. My friend had the same experience. The recruiter threatened to sue him. My friend replied, the company had right to let an employee go at anytime. So, likewise. In the worst case, I would go to the company and quit immediately. Nothing happened since then.

I don't think u r legally reliable, but make sure you find nice excuse and retreat gracefully, coz u never know when you r going to see these people (in other companies) in the future

谢谢两位mm的答复，欧觉得也是应该没什么问题，但是提心吊胆的，怕出什么事情，弄得两头都不要乐。都怪一开始没有想清楚啊。

没关系，我们外国人找工作不容易，多试几家很正常。你也可以把这件事当成challenge，想想如何把它成熟地处理好。
