我的情况是这样的。我现在在一个公司实习，我们部门明年一月份有个职位open,我很有可能可以拿到这个职位，但是问题是，我还是F1,要到明年5月份才毕业...并且我也和总监说了我要5月以后才可以领工资，2005年的h1已经用完，2006要明年4月份以后才可以申请（555~~我是不是很神经阿）

我的问题是，按照目前的情况，我是不是只能继续做intern,一直到明年4月份公司和我签合同然后办h1?在这种情况下公司可以雇我吗？还是一定要拖到我毕业？我还有必要申请opt吗？如果要申请的话，我是申请5月份开始呢还是8月份开始？

大家觉得，对我来说哪条路最好呢？而从公司的角度来讲，他们又可能会更喜欢哪种方式呢？或者说，我该怎么去和公司谈？

另外，找律师是怎么回事啊？随便找个移民律师吗？

If you apply for 2006's u can apply it at April and use it to work from Oct, 2005.
you don't need Masters.(if they approve).

If you apply for these 20000, u can work from the day you got it and u need MS degree.
So if u get MS in May 2005, u can apply for H1 at that time.
If then 20000 still remaining, you can use 2005 quote.

If not, you can apply for 2006's at April, 2004 and start to work from Oct on H-1.
Before that, u can use CPT+OPT.
