比较好的公司还会提供什么额外的福利呀？

1 。就是每年，要是自己想去听课的话，学费可不可以报销， 每年可以报多少，有没有出去开会的机会
2。有的公司对401k的match每年是100%，就好像说自己出1块钱，公司贴1块钱，工作满1年的时候这一块钱就是你的了，有的公司需要4年，工作满1年，就是25cents,两年50cents,要工作满4年才能拿到1块钱。还有，不是所有的公司贴得是钱，我们公司就是给股票 ：（

There is a upper limit for company match.
And you can't put more than 13k per year anyway.

My company gives us
1. life insurance
2. 401k
3. stock option
4. incentive compensation
5. health insurance
6. costco member card

It sounds there is much better benift in company than in university.
