undelivable reason 9/2被退回.(address 是在邮局租的P.O.box,以前也寄丢过东西)一般让INS再寄,需多久.有没有较快的办法.说我们不着急是假的.

--体检我们已做过,不会有过期的问题吧?

I guess most of the cases you can claim change of address by calling USCIS. Have your case number in hand when calling. Keep in mind that will be a tough job to get through the phone call. You have no way to push USCIS, I guess.
The exam is for I-485, right? You can submit your I-485 without the approval notice of I-140 by concurrent filing.
