i went to the on-site interview last Thursday. everything was fine. the manager told me that it will take 1 or 2 weeks to make the decision. i sent the thank-you letter right after the interview. the manager did not reply. some co-workers replied, but just some wishes.

the question is : is it ok to write the manager again to see if they have made the decision, or i'd better just wait?

Hold your breath for several more days...don't push your hiring manager too hard. Especially, there might be more candidates online...so it takes time. Good luck.

wait for 1~2 weeks ...then you can ask....
