2/3 part, try to understand what the interviewer said. Or try to pretend you understand.
1/3 introduce yourself, it takes 3-4 times practice.

another tip-- try to let others understand you.
Don't speak too fast. Most of us still have accent, for most of Americans, it is the major reason why they cannot understand us well, however, if you slow yourself down a little bit when you are talking, they will understand us better.
Think fast, and response fast. It is very important too. You will make the impression that you are smart and fast thinker by doing it.

regarding the language itself, as long as you can understand the interviewer's question
and let others understand are say, it should be enough. Speaking slowly is a good suggestion.

But most time, what counts in an interview is not the language,
but what you know about the company and the position you apply for and also how you present yourself in the interview.

Of course, it's terrific if you are able to think fast and respond fast. But most of us tend to get into "brain-dead" situations during an interview, esp. when you are still trying to figure out what the interviewer is really asking for. My experience has been to pause and ponder a little bit after each question, organize the logic of my answer, and start answering when I have a clear mind of what I am gonna say. Unless you've prepared that particular question a thousand times, jumping in immediately would mostly likely lead your answer nowhere. The interviewer will always respect you taking 30 seconds to think

I totally agree on the "don't speak too fast" point.
