the new company's lawyer thinks it is too complicated, so he suggested to apply a new one... stupid.. but it is the company lawyer I cannot say much

thanks. I have checked with different lawyers. yes. I have to reapply a new visa. Since I will start my new job on Sept 15. I will have enough time to do it. The lawyer also told me if I can apply it in a month, the quote won't be an issue. Thanks a lot.
