我暑假在一个公司做INTERN,用的是CPT.公司同意秋季开学后可以接着做FULL-TIME或者PART-TIME.我到IPO去问了,说可以用CPT,FULL-TIME或者PART-TIME都可以.PART-TIME就不会抵消一年的OPT,FULL-TIME就要扣除OPT的时间.可是觉得疑惑,假如我做PART-TIME,我还做TA.这样合法吗?我是担心IPO的人什么不懂,真要出了问题,他们也不会承担责任的.

因为理论上讲学期中间只能part time工作

nod， TA和CPT的工作时间加起来总共只能有20小时。但偶怀疑只要忙得过来，其实你超过了也没人管。
有谁知道会有什么后果吗？移民局和报税的应该都查不出来吧。

Every application at immigration services would be endagered if you did not follow the rule even once. Never try to risk.

no, I start my CPT学期中间 full time, I asked ISSO, they said it's ok. You can work full time using CPT even when you are registered as full time student.

You'll need your department head or secretary's letter to prove you've finished all your course work, then go to international students's office and they'll help you with
I-765 form.
