最近要换到一个小公司,太小连LEGAL DEPT.都没有,所以要自己做H1B. 想来怕怕的,以前都是公司办自己没动脑过.我现在是有H1B的就是要TRANSFER.
不知道这里的XDJM们有什么好的经验体会?是不是新H1B FILE上了就可以开始上班还是要等APPROVAL NOTICE?
自己能办PREMIUM吗?不知道是不是必要.

There is no hope in big firm. Most of my talented friends with great performance moved out from my company recently.

BIG FIRM还是相对稳定吧,没GC之前还是安定重要些,LAYOFF的CHANCE少.

en, how come I have the opposite impression? Big firm like to layoff ppl once there is a situation, while small firms tend to work things out by trying not to layoff ppl. (laying off ppl during downturn, then try to hiring ppl in upturn is quite expensive)However, small firms usually lower ppl's salary, forced vacation, etc. Both have their pros and cons.

big company has bettter benefit and also you don't need to work like a dog.

对于H1 TRANFER 只要拿到RECEIPT就可以为新雇主工作.
