现在这个job实在不爽。老板太mean了，pay得很低，pay check还一拖再拖，简直是%$&#%&.
可我面试了两三次，都fail掉了，
有时甚至就想这样quit掉。可又没有offer在手。
大家有没有这样的情况，做为一个没有太多工作经验的做it的人来说，面试时怎样表现才会让人对你感兴趣?

bluff enough that employer cannt say u lie, basic u wanna say u r their best qualifier :)

要不然还是先在你这个工作上做一段时间，考一些证书什么的，再走可能心里有底些

Do you think you learned during the interviews? Or do you find out what skill is useful? If it is further knowledge needed, just grab a book or ask somebody for help. If it is green card, just leave it alone and try to get another interview.

do you know why you fail?

currently there are still pretty people with experience on the job market bah.
so if you want to compete with them, try to make yourself impressive.

certificate may help you too.
Actually i think if you got chance of interview,that's already pretty good.
Is that ur spoken english problem?or technique question?or interview skill?

I think I am not good at technical questions. Sometimes I even answered the questions correctly, they were not interested in me, not mention if I failed to give a correct result. I think the problem is that I can not make them believe that I am smart. They don't believe I will be qualified for the postions.

You do not need to be smart in most of cases. Most positon require nothing but a working machine. You might need to contact with experienced people more often. You might have not given the most suitable answer for questions. Your background has been judged from the resume. You are responsible to show your personality and those skills described on your resume.

you don't need to be smart, just need to show you are perfect for the job,:)
