我的一个朋友工作后回国探亲，H1签证被check，最近美使馆通知其人他的check已经结束，要他拿在美工作单位的邀请信去领签证，结果他和美公司联系，公司已经close他的position，不给他任何sponser的文件。不知道大家有何办法能让我的这个朋友拿到签证，回到美国。谢了先
