我发到‘移民工作’版上了

我的opt 6月底到期。学校(我的工作单位)正帮我申办h1b，刚接了学校的电话，说job description 和我的真实情况不是很符合，有背学校的policy. 还说到可能会影响办绿卡之类的话。
job description 上面说，要求有3年工作经验的。我来此之前，在小公司工作了4个月。在学校期间的2年的 RA(50%) 应该不算了。
这种情况该怎么办呢，当然先和老板谈，希望他能该一下 job description 还是？？？？
学校有时真烦，太官僚。

把你的concern给他坦诚的解释一下,有时候要求上写几年的工作经验都是灵活的.

Ok, I have to talk to my boss. The problem is that there is no much time left. Although I have asked them to process it they never won't do it that soon.

My boss is on the phone. She is talking to the person who is in charge of review of H1B application in school.
Nervous somehow.

don't worry, she will work it out.
