like I learnt, confidence, confidence and confidence!!! you don't have to be 100% confident in heart, but please do remember to be (at least "look" like) 120% when you speak!

oh, and from the "sales" point of view, you do want to emphasize and look excited about your pro's, try your best not to let the interviewer touch your con's. while, easier spoken than done, yet you can try

电话面试还是少说为上. On-site面试有的技术问题还是要适当的铺开讲清楚, 如果真明白的话.

电话面试看8到样子，就说自己十分sure滴好
