请问1-130和485材料是寄到同一个地址吗 还是不同地址？

i-131和485一起寄的话， 是不是不用交i-131申请费了？

另外i-131里问intended departure date 和 travel length 还有proposed travel information , 如果没有计划的话是不是就可以leave blank?

如果一起邮寄递交就都放在一个大信封里，按照你的州寄去chicago lockbox或phoenix lockbox（看I-130邮寄地址、I-485邮寄地址）。

I-485申请者的I-765申请EAD和I-131申请advance parole都是免费的，无论是一起寄还是以后寄。所以没有原因不申请EAD和AP。

date of intended departure和expected length of trip可以写unknown或TBD。没有问你travel information。（非DACA的advance parole申请直接从part 3前半跳到part 7。）

没有要求你提供解释。I-131 instructions里写：

“c. Advance Parole Document for Individuals Who Are Currently in the United States

If you are in the United States, you must attach:

(1) A copy of any document issued to you by USCIS showing your present status, if any, in the United States; and

(2) An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an Advance Parole Document; or

(3) If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application; or”

这里的“or”就表明指需要其中的一个。既然你是AOS（I-485）申请者，你只需要提供I-485收据，不需要解释。如果跟I-485一起寄，就连收据都不用。
