父母结婚时有结婚证，后来00年代为了申请单位的福利分房曾经办过一次离婚，有一张离婚证，后来又重新办了结婚证，第二次结婚证的日期是2005年。请问像这种情况给父母申请绿卡的话递交婚姻关系证明该怎么交呢？如果只递交05年第二次的结婚证会不会被要求补料？毕竟前面一段时间，尤其是我出生后到05年这段时间的婚姻关系是没有的。还是需要把结婚离婚再结婚的公证都要做了？第一次的结婚证已经作废，离婚证还有。不知道有没有类似经历的朋友可以给一些参考意见，谢谢！

PS：因为楼下好心人的回复所以补充一句，我已经做了独生子女证的公证，上面有我的出生日期，父母的姓名，可以证明亲子关系。不知道这样再结合第二个结婚证一起递交就可以了吗？

The marriage certificate, to my understanding, is required to show that your father was your birth father.

The second marriage certificate is not sufficient to show that your father and you are biologically related.

It should not affect your mother.
