另外，我给所有材料都按照建议的要求在顶上打了洞（homedepot有卖打孔机）， 然后用plastic sticker bookmark标出了每一种文件。最后每一份申请的所有材料用一个黑色的办公室夹子夹住。 两份材料放在一个大信封里寄出。 尽量希望材料准备得有条理。
另外，我父亲是老党员。五年前退休但是没有正式退党。我网上看了很多，仔细读了不少建议，写了一段说明后我反复琢磨了好几天改了很多次才定稿。但是我觉得自己还是写得很一般。也许真的是运气好，或者上面政策改了。竟然没有被面试。(我爸在中学工作一辈子。入党是为了工作升职和加薪需要。把他一辈子的各个工作职位列了一下。入党后他升职成主任，后来再是副校长。退休后没有再参加党组织活动。)
