本人目前是 OPT，有EAD，现在想申请绿卡。想请教大家在关于填i-765的问题1. Part1 第一个问题reason for applying：应该选1a. initial permission to accept employment 还是1c. Renewal of my permission to accept employment
2. 如果选renewal的话，需要在补充信息里写 OPT granted吗?
