父母已经在美国，没有出生证明公证。 查了uscis网站，写着只需要我本人的出生证明。。。
请问，这个父母的出生证明公证是一定需要吗？ 没有看见uscis上写着必须啊。。。

父母已在美国要同时递I-485表，是I-485需要，你查看其它帖子关于父母绿卡材料清单里有写

律师没问我要亲属关系证明啊，就是父母的出生证明，结婚证明，还有我的出生证明。

可以，我自己出生证明以前用完了，就用的亲属证明，有父母名字出生日期
