正在给父母办绿卡。母亲因文化交流项目于98年和05年J1来过美国两次。在485申请的材料中附上了两次J1签证的复印件，两次回国入境章，和之后再出境的章。再出境日期均超过两年。其中第一次J1的DS2019表找不到了，据母亲回忆当时是交流项目组织方给办的签证，细节不清楚。第二次的DS2019复印件随485交上去了。随485还付了一封信解释了一下情况。
昨天收到移民局local office的request for evidence，里面写到Records show that you were filing as a J-1 immigrant. Your US Visa indicates that you were subject to the two year foreign residence requirement under INA212e. Submit all copies of your IAP-66, Certificate of Eligibility of Exchange Visitor Status, and explain when did you return to your home country to fulfill the two-year requirement.
按移民局网站上介绍，Form DS-2019 (formally known as IAP-66)就是Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor Status。我现在比较疑惑的是这封信里要求的东西在485申请中都已经递交过了，那么如何回复这封信呢？另外可以直接把材料直接交到local office吗？
