我的两年绿卡06/2017过期，在03/2017的时候递交了转十的申请，然后在03/28/17也收到了延长信,把信的复印件给公司了。前两天收到公司HR的信跟我说我现在的work authorization 到3/28/2018。我想是不是公司搞错了（我会明天去问HR），一年延长不应该是到06/2018么？不会是从那封延长信的时间算起吧。另外，我想去约infopass 盖章继续延长，想问问这个盖章有没有时间限制的，比如说要三个月之内（如果是六月份过期，现在还有五个多月，能不能能盖章等等）？ 有遇到过类似情况的朋友帮忙提供一下信息吗？非常感谢！

是从信开始算的1年，去infopass盖章也是1年时间。和2年绿卡过期日期没关系，按理说2年绿卡换10年绿卡的申请又不是默认100%批准的。

你把延长信给公司干嘛？你有绿卡，无论是2年获10年的，就是证明永久工作允许。公司之后就不能再确认你的身份了。

你给你公司你的无限制的Social Security卡和驾照就行了（无限制的Social Security卡是I-9的List C document；驾照是list B document）。不要给绿卡。这就不会遇到公司错误觉得你工作允许在某个日期过期了。

我也就这个问题google过，公司搞错了。应该是到6月才过期，延长的是绿卡的日期，不是信的日期。不过盖章还是有好处的，毕竟现在都要一年多才下来。

公司这样做是错的。无论多少年的绿卡都不应该reverify。如果他们要求reverify绿卡但是不要求reverify美国护照，那就是违法的身份歧视。

最好是用Social Security card。那样公司不会出这样的错误，因为Social Security card本身就没有过期日期。

我是5.26过期绿卡 去年2.28USCIS收到我的case 然后我三月初收到的延长信按理说我的过期时间应该是今年5.26 -- 我renew驾照给到这一天 单是
1/5去盖章已经改好了 给到19年1/3

我也觉得你公司不对。我单位我交了两年绿卡以后再也没找我要过绿卡。期间我二绿过期，延长信过期，infopass 盖章直到拿到十绿，都跟单位没啥关系，也没有告诉单位延长信什么。 可以盖章，不过保证你的护照不会在几个月内过期，否则infopass章只能盖到护照过期那天。我当时盖章就是没注意护照三个月要过期，结果infopass就只延了三个月，infopass的人让我拿到新护照重新去盖。不过我在那三个月过期以前拿到了十绿，就没需要再去。
