妈妈人在国内，8月在这边帮她提交了I-130, 月底发了通知说case was received. 然后就没有收到过其他通知和更新，网上用收据号查询也只是显示收到了我的申请 (以下内容)，请问这正常吗？还需要等多久会进行到下一步？谢谢了！
