在给父母申请绿卡过程中，打算 AP 一块申，这样妈妈好早点回国。可是刚发现AP申请需要证明材料，要求申请者自身医疗需求的证明，或者亲戚重大疾病或者死亡材料。这个大家都是怎么准备的？家里倒是有老人身体不太好，不知道算不算重大疾病，怎么出具材料呢，需要找国内翻译机构给翻译病历吗？

DACA是那些小的时候被带来美国的非法移民。如果有DACA他们可以申请AP。你父母不是基于DACA申请AP，而是基于AOS申请AP。他们不需要提供任何原因。DACA的AP申请的要求跟他们无关。他们根本不应该到Part 4。表上写非DACA的AP申请者从Part 3中间跳到Part 7。
