去年12月底新收费规定之后，收费大大增多了，关于concurrent filling 130+485+(AP+EAD)请教，谢谢
AP在收费表上说了495 pending时候是不交钱的，但关于工卡i765貌似比较含糊：
Adjustment Applicant--(c)(9). File Form I-765 with a copy of the receipt
notice or other evidence that your Form I-485, Application for Permanent
Residence or Adjust Status, is pending. You may file Form I-765 together
with your Form I-485.
但Fees schedule提到的下边列表没有c(9)也就是485 pending的，
The filing fee for Form I-765 is $410.
Exceptions:
Initial EAD. If this is your initial application and you are applying under
one of the following categories, a filing fee is
not required:
1. (a)(3) Refugee;
2. (a)(4) Paroled as Refugee;
3. (a)(5) Asylee;

adjust to permanent resident status by filing Form I-485, they are eligible
to apply for employment and travel authorization while their case is pending
. Your parents should use Form I-765, Application for Employment
Authorization and Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, to apply for
travel authorization. The fee for Form I-485 also covers Form I-765 and Form
I-131 until a decision is made on the application to adjust status." 但是网
