LD目前在读书, 我是公民, 交往快两年, 三月十二日在COOK COUNTY CIVIL UNION AND MARRIAGE COURT注册结婚


Timeline:

03/24/2014 寄出所有申请材料 via FEDEX FIRST OVERNIGHT (CHECKLIST附在楼下)
03/25/2014 早上7:32 投递
4/1/2014 凌晨12:33 CT 收到四封邮件, 四个短信, 从RECEIPT NUMBER来看, 是已经转到了NBC了
4/1/2014 凌晨两点多 CHECK CASHED, 早上起来查状态, 除了485是ACCEPTANCE, 其他都是INITIAL REVIEW
4/7/2014 收到信件FP NOTICE, 日期是4月23日...据说我们这里都不给WALK-IN...于是放弃, 计划等到23日再去了
4/23/2014 按着预约的时间去打指纹了, 一切顺利, 二十分钟搞定

4/29/2014 485变成T&I了, 考虑到芝加哥OFFICE的速度, 估计有的等了......
6/11/2014 收到通知说EAD批了, AP没有动静, 随后没今天就收到了COMBO CARD, 然后就回国办婚礼去了

9/4/2014 收到面试通知, 面试在10月7日

芝加哥的审理速度真的是慢的惊人, 基本上从申请到面试要180-210天的样子.
昨天去面试的, 9:30的面试, 基本上等了五分钟就进去了, 都是非常常规的问题, 先核对个人信息, 然后是问了那些NO的问题, 随后问了什么时候认识的, 怎么认识的, 什么时候结婚的, 住在哪里. 问有没有银行账户, 然后要了STATEMENT, 就没有其他的问题了, 在我们的要求之下看了婚礼的照片, 随后就说Everything looks good to me and I am going to approve your case today. You should receive your green card within 2-3 weeks. 还问了我们有没有其他问题...当然没有了.

准备了好多工资单, 雇主证明, 其他的账单什么的都没有要.

10月8日 早上收到短信, i485显示ORDER CARD PRODUCTION, 然后是DECISION-WELCOME LETTER SENT, I130是APPROVAL....估计很快就会收到绿卡吧.

芝加哥的速度就是特别的慢, 不过总算没有耽误事情, 基本上TRACKITT上的TIMELINE还是很准的, 希望大家的申请也一切顺利.

终于把图片大小调整好了, 说说装订吧. 我基本上用燕尾夹把130,485,864,795,131分别装订在了一块, 然后485和864用一个稍微大一些的夹在一起, 最后再用一个巨大无比的统一固定
TAB是在STAPLES买的那种PRINTABLE的, 可以粘贴的, 但官网上的模板非常不好用, 好多都串行了, 浪费掉了

支票用两个大一点的回形针固定在130和485的首页的右下角, 照片找到小的塑料袋里面, 采用和支票同样的方式固定在相应表格的右上角

请问一下，如果未婚夫没有passport只有birth certificate可以么？他从来没出过美国。。。。。。

让去一个网站
