如果公司对你很感兴趣，LZ和公司谈谈能不能帮你申请O1。这个比H1B方便，没有抽签一说。也不存在gap。

先不要纠结这8个月的工资，如果公司同意，你能拿到H1B, 10月份后去上班，要不提高工资，年底多拿些奖金，都会拿回来的。

现在找一个学校再读一个master，到明年二月份刚好春节开学申请full time cpt 继续实习工作。full time cpt可以一年足够cover。就算你明年没抽中你都可以用这个继续工作到后年。有了这个合法身份，如果你没抽到你就cpt工作到十月份。回学校上课，明年再用cpt，继续到抽中为止。这个办法最保险可靠，全部合理合法。建议lz不好铤而走险。bless你明年顺利抽中h1b。

NONONO。入学就开始CPT根本不是违规的，美国移民局根本没有这样的规定，美国学校可以自行发放CPT。一年以上才提供CPT是大部分大学自己的规定，为了防止学生上一个学期的学究跑掉。

mm知道O1可以保证几年的合法工作身份吗？这个值得考虑，我主要是没有journal paper，所以一直觉得申不了那些高级的，譬如Eb1/2啊或者O1啊啥的。

O1至少3年，后面可以无限延期吧。没有paper没关系，只要公司愿意给你办，认为你有“特殊技能”，是为公司所需要的。

我听说的也是这样，所以我开始就没考虑这个option，觉得不太可行。不过mm说的这个人头公司难度太大了，因为美国这边的公司是正规公司，在国内也没有分公司，肯定没有渠道在国内弄这个人头公司。

规定是规定，移民官尺度没那么统一。工资那个肯定不要几十万。十万就很高了。

哪有这么容易，O1虽然比EB1容易，但也不是那么容易满足条件的。要满足三项，中国人基本就是paper至少3 5片，审稿和推荐信。高工资那项律师说不是十万八万的，得几十万的才算。

楼主啊 从你说的信息来看你肯定有PhD学位了 自己能力也很强 凡事都有坚持到底 只要有一点点可能性就要把事情做成的精神 这样的精神也让你取得了一个又一个胜利读完了书找到了工作 但是你现在面临的事情不是人定胜天 别人努力五小时我就通宵不睡做的更好的情况 前面的mm们都说了不合法不要强求了 你说的别人谁谁谁做成了我就也行 别人也许还有你不知道的附加条件 另外 你看你都去了一亩三分地都没有看到另外一位mm说的信息 你还让自己陷入了目前这种境地没有提前做好打算和防护 楼主事在人为 但是不用太过执着了从心里接受自己就是芸芸众生 可能还活出更自如的人生
