请问楼主父母的出生证公证是在父母户籍所在地拿着户口本到涉外公证处做吗？我父母没有出生证，不知道拿着户口本去公证行不行？

1. 没有专门找涉外公证处
2. 我爸妈先是到出生医院开了出生证，然后做的出生证公证
3. 我自己当时是拿着户口本去开的出生公证

一句话，要想复杂事情简单化就要找人

是的，我在提交绿卡申请之前就带爸妈去体检了，然后体检报告跟绿卡申请一起交的。
对，i-94是从网上打印下来的。
i-94上面第一行就是record number，不是A number。
